Eagle Bar Manchester is part of an independent group of three eclectic venues situated in the heart of Manchester’s Gay Village each with its own unique clientele. As a company we are not ashamed to be different, we strive to make each of our venues stand out and be seen above the crowd.

Eagle Bar is a market leader in the Village; by day we’re renowned for our Sunday Service cabaret attracting and nurturing some of todays biggest drag acts. By night, we attract the biggest fetish and kink nights and weekends throughout the UK and Europe. Midweek nights we offer a snug space to drink and chill with friends or make new ones.

The position
A unique position has become available within the Company for the role of Deputy General Manager. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for hospitality and in particular the late-night division. You’ll have the gift of customer service and have a passion for what you do with the ability to motivate and influence the team. You’ll be analytical and help deliver a comprehensive diary of events and menus across the venue throughout the year. You’ll deputize for the General Manager on occasions and have a personal licence. Ideally, having an inkling of the kink and fetish scene would be preferred but not essential.

We are looking for someone who is confident in a senior management role and has a proven track record in delivering time and time again. In return, we offer an attractive salary at £27,500 per year with bonus opportunities 28 days holidays and staff discount available across our venues.

This role is based in venue and is mostly evening and weekend work including bank holidays.
